Abstract
Taking the content of nitrogen in nitrided manganese powder as a target, the influence of the content of nitrogen, the nitriding temperature, the size of manganese powder, the nitriding time was studied by means of the single factor method, and the structure of the nitrided manganese powder were analyzed by XRD. The quadratic orthogonal regression design was employed to built the equation and to optimize the preparation processing. The significance of the regressive equation was proved to be very good with the F inspection. The results show that the nitrided manganese powder with 8.35% nitrogen content can be obtained at the nitriding temperature of 8361 , the nitriding time of 8h,and the nitriding pressure of 1.72 × 101. 3 kPa.关键词
