摘要
Abstract
bjective To probe the therapy for the secondary hepatectomy of imageologically resectable hepatocellular carcinomawithpoor liver function. Methods Clinical dataofrecent 10 hepatocellular carcinoma patientswhounderwent secondaryhepatectomywereanalyzedretrospectively. TACE combinedwith liverprotection and antiviral therapy was performed before tumor resection because of poor liver function. All patients then were undergone secondary tumor resection when their liver function recovered. Results All patients'tumors were removedsuccessfully. Therewasnoperioperativemortalityandnopostoperativeliverfailure. Conclusion Combined withliver protect ion and antiviral therapy,TACE is performed to these pat ients with resectableliver tumor but poor liver funct ion. Then secondary surgical treatment can be done to some of these pat lent s and can obtain good results.关键词
