摘要
Abstract
bjective To probe effect of the concept of fast track surgery in cholangioenterie the cl inieal anastomosis. Methods Seventy-two cases assessed can be tolerated and must be performed bilioenteric anastomosis were randomly divided into fast track surgery group (rE36) and control group (n=36). Awakening time after anesthesia, timeofpost-operativeactivities, ventilationtime, hospitalizationdays, post-operativecomplicationsand hospitalizationcostswerecompared. Results Awakeningtimeafteranesthesia, timeofpost-operativeactivities,timeofventilation, hospitalizationdaysandhospitalizationcostsintwogroupsweresignificantlyreduced (P<0. 01).There was no statistical ly significant difference (P>0. 05) when two groups of awakening time after anesthesiawere cornered. Conclusion Conceptoffasttracksurgeryonbilioentericanastomosissurgeryhasbettercinicalapplications.It eanobviouslyaeeeleratethepatiens' recovery speed, shortenhospital seheduleandsavethehospital expenses in the simi larsurgery.关键词
