胆囊结石嵌顿相关危险因素分析
Aralysis on the relevant risk factors for gallbladder calculi incarceration
摘要
Abstract
bjective To explore the possibility of gallstone risk factors for incarceration. Methods The clinical informationof8Oandcontrol groupwere retrospectively analyzed, thedataof x2 test undLogistie regression analysis were compared. Resul ts Univariate analysis found that a history of diabetesmeellitus, history of upper abdominalpain, liverdamagehistory, multiplestones, largeststonediameter, thediameteroftheeystieduct, increased gallbladderbetweenthe two groups hadsignificant statisticaldifference (P<0. 05or <0. 01). Multivariate regression analysis screened four risk factors: history of upper abdominal pain, diabetesmellitus, liver dysfunction andcystic duct diameterrelatedto incarceratedgallstone disease (P<0. 05). Conclusion History of upper abdominal pain,diabetesmellitus, liver dysfunetionandcystic duct diameter are risk factors for gall stone incarcerated.关键词
