黑白头发mtDNA控制区的异质性差异研究
The heterogeneity differences in mtDNA control region between black and white hairs.
摘要
Abstract
Objective To invesligale the helerogeneily differences in mlDNA control region belween black and while hairs. Methods The mlDNA was exlracled from hair shaft from black and while hairs of heallh participants and pa-lienls with Alzheimer's disease (AD) in Chinese Han population. PCR and DHPLC were applied Lo amplify five targel DNA fragment of mlDNA conlrol region and analysis of helerogeneily differences in mlDNA conlrol region belween black and while hairs from single subject. Results The mlDNA helerogeneilies in black hair from normal controls of 30 ~40 and 50 ~70 years old, and AD palients of 50 ~70 years old were 3. 2% , 10% and 16. 4% , respectively; while in white hair were: 7. 2% , 20. 4% , 28% , respectively. The mlDNA helerogeneities in while hairs were significantly higher than those in black hairs. Conclusion There are significantly differences in heterogeneily of mlDNA conlrol region between black and while hairs in single individuals, with more prominenl in older population.关键词
