天山北坡经济带城镇功能格局时空分异
Spatial and temporal variation of urban functional patterns of the economic belt in the northern slope of Tianshan Mountains
摘要
Abstract
The urban industrialization tendency and the arising of information services have critically influenced urban structures in China. Based an the production value data of industries and the current urban function pattern of the Economic Belt in The Northern slope of Tianshan Mountains. This paper analyzes the methods of location quotient and the concentration indexes. Main findings include as follows; Since 2000, the Economic Belt in The Northern slope of Tianshan Mountains speeded up the industrialization process. And it had a rapid development of the manufacturing industry and mining industry. The concentration of the agriculture, mining and manufacturing industry categories is further strengthened, at the same time , the concentration of the finance and insurance, real estate, wholesale and retail food and beverage industry decreased, but the core city is still maintained competitive edge, the functional pattern that over-concentrated in a small number of cities such as Urumqi starts to show and spread of a relatively balanced situation,since 2000, the functional pattern of the urban area from the "single-core" structure (the Urumqi metropolitan area) began to develop balancedly. In 2006, according to industry output value, all the 14 counties and cities may be clustering into five categories; namely, the "advanced services-innovative technology", "mining-oriented", " manufacturing-the flow" , "industry-service-oriented" ."agriculture-industrial" , according to each group's location in space, the five groups roughly form the structure of the four groups; the Urumqi metropolitan area; Kui-Ke-Wu area; Shi-Sha-Ma area; three East Counties of Changji Prefecture. Urumqi, Shihezi, Karamay, Kuitun City act as the center, and the remaining counties and cities are at risk areas, from core zone to the marginal zone, the first function of a growing industry prominent, high-level features such as the service sector or manufacturing industry is increasingly weakening. Then some suggestions are made as follows; urban function pattern of the Economic Belt at The Northern slope of Tianshan Mountains shall be more improved, and development of several large and medium cities should be focused, demonstration role of key cities such as Urumqi should be strenthened to thrive the small cities with the large ones and to develop coordinately. Simultaneously, measures should be based on the dominance of medium and small cities to determine the division of the urban function and to conduct a proper layout.关键词
