摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The major effective medicinal components in tissue cultured-plantlets of Lonicera confusa DC. Were analyzed in order to promote its exploration and large-scale production. [ Method ]Using one year tissue cultured plantlets (TCP) and 1.5-year seedling cuttings (SC) of Lonicera confusa DC. As materials, the chlorogenic acid content in different parts of plants was determined by ultrasonic extraction and UV spectrophotometry. [ Result ] The chlorogenic acid content in flowers of plants raised from TCP at different developmental stages of flower ranged from 2.06-3.89%, being highest at young bud stage and lowest at golden flower stage, and attained the concentration equivalent to state standards requirement of medicinal commercial product of Flos lonicerae. The chlorogenic acid content in different parts of plant raised from TCP and SC was found in following order; flower>leaf>shoot. The chlorogenic acid content in flower bud, leaf and shoot of plants raised from SC was higher that of TCP, and the differences were significant at 5 or 1% level in case of leaf and shoot. [Conclusion]Although the chlorogenic acid content in flower bud of TCP raised plants of Lonicera confusa DC. Was lower than that of SC raised plants, the tissue cultured plantlets of Lonicera confusa DC. Can be used in commercial production due to their advantage in transplantation, vigorous plant growth and high yield of flower buds, etc.
