摘要

Abstract

The highly effective potato transformation systems were established and optimized using tube potato plant-lets as transformation materials in this study. The maize starch branching enzyme gene(SBE Ⅱ b)was transformed into potato using Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation method. 762 stem sections were infec ted by Agrobaterium-mediated tumefacien method. 4 transgenic plants were obtained by PCR measurement, implying that SEE Ⅱ b gene had been integrated into potato genome. It was also found that GUS gene could normal ly be expressed in stem sections and potato microtubers of the trasgenetic potato plants.
