Studies on the chemical constituents of Kalimeris indica(Ⅱ)

摘要

Abstract

The chemical constituents were extracted from Kalimerisindica by cold percolation extraction . Compounds were isolated and purified with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, the structures were deter mined on the basis of physicochemical evidence and ectroscopic analysis. Twelve compounds were separated and puri fied from water insoluble parts of 80% alcohol extracts of K. Indica. They were identified as n-Hexadecanioc acid (l),6-Hydroxy-eudesm-4(14)-ene(2),p-Sitosterol(3),crSpinasterol(4),Vanillin(5),3-Oxo-dammara-20(21) ,24 dene(6),Stigmasterol(7),Friedelin(8) 、Iupeone(9),a-Amyrin(10),Friedel-3-ol(ll),(2S,3S,4R,8E)-2-[(2R')-2' Hydroxyteracosenoilamino]-8-octadecene-l,3,4-triol(12). Compounds 2,6,9,12 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
