摘要

Abstract

800 kV circuit breaker is an important switchgear to ensure the safe operation of 750 kV power transmission and transformation line. In this paper, an analysis is made into a fracture fault of 800 kV tank circuit breaker hydraulic working cylinder. By checking the strength and analyzing the chemical composition, microstructure, mechanical properties and the manufacturing process, it is found that the overheat treatment to the hydraulic working cylinder caused its cast microstructure. The cast microstructure lead to a decline in elongation, which may result in the fracture fault of the hydraulic working cylinder.
