Abstract
In this paper, comprehensive analysis is carried out to analyze the seamless pure calcium wire, seam pure calcium wire and calcium alloy wire used in steel works. The relationships are obtained among the percentage of calcium in the steel, calcium recovery, cored wire composition, cored wire consumption, calcium consumption.cored wire cost and cored wire price. The calcium consumption.cored wire consumption and cored wire cost of three cored wires are compared based on the examples and diagrams. The results demonstrate that the seam pure calcium wire has its superiority in consumption and cost.关键词
