Preparation and Application of Peptide Antibody against Porcine Circovirus-like Agent P1
摘要
Abstract
To generate and investigate rabbit polyclonal antibody against porcine circovirus-like agent PI. The certain epitope peptides were chosen and synthesized, and then coupled to keyhole limpet hemocyanin ( KLH ) to increase antigenicity. New Zealand White Rabbits were immunized with KLH conjugated peptides. The polyclonal antibodies elicited were charactered by ELISA and tested by immunohistochemical techniques in etiological diagnosis of PI. The polyclonal antibodies against porcine circovirus-like agent PI were generated successfully. Immunohisto-chemistry showed the antibodies could specifically react with PI proteins. The synthesized aim peptides can be used to immunized rabbit in order to generate polyclonal antibodies against porcine circovirus-like agent .PI. The antibodies prepared can be used as potential tools to study etiological diagnosis of PI.关键词
