中国桃亚属植物系统发育及演化关系分析
Studies on Phylogeny and Evolutionary of Subgenus Persica in China
摘要
Abstract
To study the phylogeny and evolutionary path of subgenus Persica in China, the botanical characters, internal transcribed spacer( ITS) of the nuclear ribosomal DNA and psbA-tmH of the chloroplast DNA were used, and the three data were respectively analyzed by software SPSS 13.0, MEGA 3.0 and Network. Results indicated that A. Ferganensis was a subspecies of A. Persica, and suggested scientific name as A. Persica ssp. Ferganensis; A. Pot-aninii was a independent species. The evolution sequences of subgenus Persica was;A. Kansuensis evolved from the original species A. Mira,then evolved through two route,one evolved to A. Davidiana and then to A. Potaninii,other evolved to A. Persica and A. Persica var. Ferganensis.关键词
