ARMS-PCR在水稻米香基因Fgr检测中的应用
The Application of Detection Fragrance Rice Fgr with Tetra Primer Amplification Refractory Mutation System PCR
摘要
Abstract
Fgr gene is a major effect gene that controls fragrance trait in rice. The aim of this study was to es tablish a tetra primer ARMS PCR method for the detection of Fgr. According the sequence of the fragrance rice ma terial, were four primer designed for detection fragrance rice Fgr in 0. 8% agarose electrophoresis. The result showed that the method was efficient in detection Fgr and provided the better method for MAS.关键词
