球孢白僵菌HFW-05油悬剂对天敌昆虫的毒力测定
Virulence Determination of Beauveria bassiana HFW-05 Strain on Parasitoid Insects
摘要
Abstract
This paper adopts different measuring methods to determine the birth of Beauveria bassiana suspen sion agent on four oil the predatory natural enemy and a species of parasitoids each insect state virulence. Results show that:the oil of beauveria bassiana in conventional medicine concentration suspension agent, 10 spore/mL of four of the predatory natural enemy eggs hatch basic of various ages non-toxic force all the larvae in adjusted mortal ity risk,basic not under 17% population, thus causing greater influence of beauveria bassiana in conventional oil suspended agent dosage and the predatory natural enemy is can match use. In contrast, suspension of beauveria bas siana oil agent of parasitoids Ya little bee ritz-carlton virulence is relatively large. When oil suspended agent concen trations reach 5 x 10 spores/mL,li Ya small bee pupa feather and into bees live influence is very big, bees pupa feather rate dropped to zero,adjusted mortality risk adult bees cumulative 53.6 Beauveria bassiana,so when in use oil suspended agent with the release of effect shall be staggered.关键词
