摘要

Abstract

It is an effective method to use NaCl selecting to generate marker-free salt-tolerant,transgenic rice. We used the three japonica rice cultivar( ZhongHua11 ,Xiushui11 , Chunjiang06) mature embryos callus as materials, SKC1 as the target gene to study that on the conditions of screening NaCl, heat shock treatment and liquid co-culture of Agrobacterium-mediated gene transfer salt-tolerant rice efficiency. The results showed that heat shock and liquid co-culture of rice could enhance the efficiency of salt tolerance gene transfer. Among them, the heat shock treatment increased the maximum efficiency of gene transfer was 46. 2% , while the liquid co-culture increased the highest efficiency of gene transfer was 60. 7% .
