基于CSSSLs的水稻穗长QTL的定位
Mapping of QTLs for Panicle Length Using CSSSLs in Rice( Oryza sativa L.)

Abstract
Panicle length is one of the important factors determining rice yield, it is a typical quantitative trait that is liable to be influenced by genetic backgrounds and environments. As a novel research material, chromosome single segment substitution lines are useful in QTL identification because of diminishing the interference of genetic backgrounds among plants. In this study, the QTLs for panicle length were identified with 85 rice CSSSLs derived from Guangluai 4 as recipient and Nipponbare as donor by one-way analysis of variance and Dunnett's test for means comparisons between CSSSLs and the recipient parent Guangluai 4. A total of 22 QTLs for panicle' length were identified on 11 chromosomes.except chromosome 10 with a significance of P ≤0.001. The additive effect of these QTLs ranged from -2. 63 to 3. 87, and the additive effect percentages QTLs ranged from - 11. 47% to 16. 88%. The results are important for the QTL cloning and molecular breeding of rice panicle length.关键词
