摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of tension free repair on patients with recrudescent inguinal hernia. Method: To review the data of 49 patients of recrudescent inguinal hernia treated by tension free repair in our hospital from Jul. 2005 to Sep. 2010. Result: The surgery of 49 cases succeeded , the time of surgery was from 50-90min, with the average of ( 60. 0±8. 0 )min. All patients were primary healing,no one case with complications such as infection, deliquesce, no one case with rejection, recrudescency. The average hospital stays was ( 7.4±1. 2 )days. 49 cases had a followed-up visit, with the average time of ( 2. L±0. 6 )years,only one case recrudesced, with the rate of 2. 0% . Conclusion: Patients of of recrudescent inguinal hernia treated by tension free repair would be short hospital stays, early to be active, lower complications, worthy of clinical applying.关键词
