摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the percutaneous renal artery angioplasty stent implantation cavity + treatment renal artery the clinical effect of its narrow. Method: Retrospective analysis in May 2008 to May 2011 by our percutaneous renal artery angioplasty stent implantation cavity + 64 cases of renal artery of the treatment of patients with narrow its clinical information, and used the same period with conservative treatment of 64 patients in the control group for comparison, two groups of patients treatment effect and the safety for clinical application. Result: After treatment the observation group patients can drop in blood pressure and renal function improved significantly higher than the control group, the proportion of comparative differences between a statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The skin renal artery angioplasty stent implantation cavity + treatment in its narrow renal artery can effectively reduce the blood pressure level, improve the patients with renal function, sure, and clinical curative effect promotion.关键词
