Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of safflower injection combined with benazepril in treatment of the early diabetic nephropathy. Method: Sixty patients with early diabetic nephropathy, were divided into the observation group and control group, each with 30 cases, two groups were given diabetes convention treatment, the observation group added with the safflower injection and benazepril, the control group only added with benazepril, 14 days for a treatment course, altogether 3 treatment courses; observed blood pressure, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine clearance, 24h urinary protein, and other indicators of dynamic rheology of patients before and after treatment. Result: Two sets of blood glucose, blood pressure, compared with before treatment , were significantly improved ( P <0. 05 ), and the improvement was similar ( P> 0. 05 ); two groups of patients with urea nitrogen , 24h urinary protein decreased volume , creatinine clearance were significantly increased ( P <0. 05 ), but the observation group improved more significantly ( P <0. 05 ); the observation group were significantly improved indicators of changes in blood flow ( P <0. 01 ), while the control group and treatment little change ( P> 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The safflower injection combined with benazepril in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy , can effectively reduce proteinuria , improve renal function and blood flow change indicators , It's safe and effective , worthy of clinical application关键词
