Abstract
Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of different concentrations of propofol combined with ketamine in the children with general anesthesia. Method:75 children with elective surgery from Feb. 2009 to Aug. 2011 in our hospital were randomly divided into three group. They were given 0. 5% (group A) , 0.7% (group B) , and 0.9 % (group C) of propofol combined with ketamine anesthesia respectively. The operative time, recovery time, mean arterial pressure (MAP) , heart rate value (HR) , post-operative cough, vomiting, respiratory depression and other adverse reactions were analyzed. Result:The MAP, HR in group C were significantly lower than group A and group B (P<0.05) ,The recovery time in group C was shorter than the other groups (P<0.05) ; The rates of nausea, vomiting, respiratory depression and other adverse reactions were lower than the other groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:0.9% of the propofol combined with ketamine has good efficacy to the children with general anesthesia, it can reduce the adverse reactions when it applied alone, and it is worth to be applied in clinical.关键词
