腹腔镜手术治疗直肠癌安全性的临床分析

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the treatment security of rectal cancer by laparoscopic surgery. Method: Divided 125 cases of rectal cancer patients admitted to our hospital from Jun. 2007 to Mar. 2011 randomly into two groups , the control group ( n = 60 ) were given traditional abdominal surgery , study group ( n = 65) were given laparoscopic surgery, compared surgical safety,complications and postoperative follow-up condition of two groups. Result: 6 patients in control group died from lung infection after surgery, there was no death case in study group; The incidence of postoperative complications in control group was up to 48. 3% (29/60) ,but the study group was only 7.7% (5/65) , the difference was significant between two groups (P <0.01). Postoperative follow-up showed the recent rate of tumor recurrence and distant metastasis of two groups patients is similar, there's no significant differences (P>0. 05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic colorectal surgery is safe and effective, is a good choice for the treatment of rectal cancer.关键词
