急性重症胆管炎围手术期的处理措施

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the measurement and announcements of acute cholangitis of severe type in peroperative period. Method:72 cases with acute cholangitis of severe type were analyzed clinically, and the remedy experience and handling measurement were summurized. Result:By the positive remedy, there were 69 cases with healing, and the healing rate was 95. 83%. There were 3 cases with death, and the death rate was. There was 1 case died of MOF,1 case died of infectious shock and 1 case died of respiratory failure. There were 3 cases with severe fluid and electrolyte imbalance, all of them were recovered by fluid infusion and keeping the water-electrolyte balance. The degree of satisfaction was 93.06%. Conclusion:It is important for improving the achievement ratio of remedy and decreasing the death rate to take the overall the handling measure in peroperative period.关键词
