摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the unsafe factors in the obstetric care and the precaution measure. Method:The clinical data of 580 puerperas in our hospital from Jan. 2008 to Jan. 211 were selected and analyzed retrospectively. The unsafe factors in the obstetric care and the precaution measure were evaluated. Result:The unsafe factors in the obstetric care included: paramedic factor, management factor, environmental factor and puerperal factor. The precaution measures were formulated according to different factors. Conclusion:In the obstetric care, there are varies unsafe factors, the precaution measures should be formulated according to different factors to prevent the incidence of unsafe events and increase the quality of care.关键词
