摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical analgesic effect of flurbiprofen axetil for induced abortion. Method: 152 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group was administrated with 2 mg/kg of propofol and 1 mg/kg lidocaine . The experiment group was administrated with 50mg of flurbiprofen axetil dissolved in 10 milliliter sodium chloride first .after 10 minutes with 2 mg/kg of propofol and 1 mg/kg lidocaine. 0. 5-1. 0mg/kg of propofol was added until the body movement disappeared. Arousing time.effec-tion of relieving pain, sedative satisfaction , superaddition of propofol during operation were recorded . Adverse reactions and complications after anesthesia were compared also. Result: The experiment group showed significant differences with control group of analgesic effect, propofol dosage, wake up time, the incidence of emesia and apnea during intraoperative,injection site pain and other complications ( P<0. 05 ). Conclusion: Flurbiprofen axetil used in induced abortion can obtain satisfactory anesthetic results with less pain,less adverse reaction and quicker postoperative recovery.关键词
