Abstract
Objective: To observe the prenatal diagnosis of echocardiography on fetal congenital heart disease. Method: 8481 pregnant women of antenatal screening by echocardiography examination with gesta-tional 20-24 weeks were selected from 2010 June to 2011 July in our hospital, The diagnosis accuracy were observed , and neonatal were follow-up track after birth , in order to verify. Result: 67patients were suspected as congenital heart disease in 8481cases by echocardiography examination, the incidence was 0. 79% ; 66 cases were confirmed postoperative and follow-up, the accurate rate was 98. 51% ;1 case of fetal misdiagnosis was occurred, the misdiagnosis rate was 1. 49% ,5 cases were missed diagnosis, misdiagnosis rate was 0. 58%. Conclusion: Echocardiography has high accuracy in prenatal diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease , the screening have important value for antenatal fetal congenital heart disease, worthy of clinical application.关键词
