Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of propofol intravenous anesthesia for the cases with painless induced abortion. Method: 150 cases voluntarily required painless induced abortion admitted in the maternity of our hospital from Dec. 2009 to Jun. 2010 were considered as the observation group, and selected 150 cases with ordinary abortion at the same period as the control group. The observation group was given propofol intravenous anesthesia, while the control group did not use any anesthetic drugs. The analgesic effect, cervix laxity, operative time, blood loss and the incidence of abortion syndrome were compared between the two groups. Result: The patients in the observation group had free pain ( 100. 00% ), there was significant difference compared with the control group ( P<0. 01 ); There were no significant differences in surgical time and blood loss between the two groups ( P>0. 05 ); The success rate of cervical laxity in the observation group was higher than the control group ( P<0. 01 ); The observation group had no cases with abortion syndrome while the rate of abortion syndrome in the control group was 12. 67% , there was significant difference between the two groups ( P<0. 01 ). Conclusion: Propofol anesthesia for induced abortion is effective , and it can effectively reduce pain and improve quality and safety of the surgery, It is worthy to be applied in clinical.关键词
