尿道灌注治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective: To investigate clinical effect of the comprehensive treatment for urethral perfusion for chronic prostatitis. Method: 160 outpatients with prostatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups: Treatment group ( Group A ) with urethral perfusion; Control group ( Group B ), treatment as Group A without u-rethral perfusion. They were 17-45 years old, had lower abdomen and perineal pain, urinary discomfort and some other symptoms. Abnormal white blood cells count or bacterial culture positive in prostatic fluid was found in some patients. The diagnosis of prostatitis was in compliance with the diagnostic criteria set up by US National Institute of Health. The comprehensive treatments started after 2 weeks urethral perfusion. The clinical efficiency was compared between Group A and B. Result: In Group A, 69 cases clinically cured, The cure rate was 85% ; After 1 year following-up, 7 cases recurred and the recurrence rate was 10.1%. In Group B, 16 cases cured, cure rate 20.25% ; 6 cases recurred after 1 year following-up, recurrence rate 37. 5% . Conclusion: Comprehensive treatment including urethral perfusion could improve the cure rate and reduce or delay recurrence in patients with chronic prostatitis.关键词
