Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical characteristics of acute coronary syndrome, to improve the medical service quality of treatment and diagnosis. Method: Retrospectively analyzed 72 acute coronary syndrome patients which were diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from Jun. 2010 to Jun. 2011, observe the clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment effect and treatment hemorheology indices before and after of patient. Result: After two weeks treatment ,46 cases were powerful, 21 cases were effective, 4 cases were worse , 1 case was no effective , the total effective rate was 93.06%. After treatment, the whole blood viscosity , plasma viscosity, fibrinogen of patients had dropped significantly than treatment before, compared the treatment before and after , significant difference had statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ). Conclusion: According to the diagnosis and classification of clinical manifestations of patients with acute coronary syndrome, Effective treatment could improve the therapeutic effect.关键词
