腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊息肉样病变的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the laparoscopic cholecystectomy gallbladder polypoid lesions of the clinical efficacy and safety. Method: The patients with polypoid lesions of the gallbladder, 30 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy ( observation group ) and 35 cases were treated with traditional open treatment ( control group ), compared with both operative time, blood loss, postoperative discharge time , antibiotics, time, postoperative hospital stay and complications. Result: The postoperative pathologic results and postoperative complications than pose no significant difference ( P> 0. 05 ); The patients were generally better than the control group ( P<0. 05 ). Conclusion: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy gallbladder polypoid lesions with shorter operative time, less trauma, fewer complications and high security, etc. It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
