低位直肠癌患者保肛手术疗效观察

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect and safety of sphincter-preserving surgery on patients with low rectal cancer. Method: Clinical data of 35 paitents with low rectal cancer from Jul. 1998 to Apr. 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Result: All 35 cases received sphincter-preserving surgery successfully, after surgery there was one case with anastomotic leakage, one case with infection of incisional wound. All cases have recovered on anal function after 8 months to 1 year, only one case with stoma recurrence after 13 months, with the recurrence rate of 2. 9%. Conclusion: Sphincter-preserving surgery on low rectal cancer is safe and redical, without damaging the function of defecation.关键词
