不同浓度肝素液封管预防肝脓肿患者动脉置管堵管的观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of seal with different concentrations of heparin in preventing occlusion of artery indwelling tube for patients with liver abscess. Method Divide 90 patients with liver abscess into group A, B and C according to treatment order equally. Concentrations of heparin arc 25 U/ml in group A, 37. 5 U/ml in group B and 50 U/ml in group C. Compare the rate of occlusion and local bleeding of patients in three groups. Result The rate of occlusion is obviously higher in group A than in group B and C, P<0. 05. The comparison on occlusion between group B and C, P＞0. 05. The comparison on local bleeding between group B and C,P<0. 05. Conclusion 37. 5 U/ml is the best concentration of heparin in preventing occlusion and local bleeding for patients with liver abscess.关键词
