摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the present situation on core competence of young nurses from Class 2 and Grade A general hospitals of Jinhua. Method Investigate the core competence of 386 young nurses from three Class 2 and Grade A general hospitals of Jinhua by Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse of China. Result The total score of 386 young nurses' core competence is (134. 91 ± 18. 69). The average score of each dimension shows that law/contemporary ethics practice is the highest and professional development is the lowest. Conclusion The core competence of young nurses is in medium level and needs to be improved.
