桡骨远端骨折小夹板规格的标准化研究
Standardization of small splints'specification for fracture of distal end of radius
摘要
Abstract
Objective:According to investigate forearm circumference, length of healthy adult, establish standardization of small splints'specification for fracture of distal end of radius. Methods to measure valueof circumference and forearm length of healthy adult,the 699 cases, count to criteria of Small Splints'Specification for fracture of distal end of radius. Results Trisection average values' circumference of wrist, junction of the middle and upper 1/3 in forearm and trisection average values'length were statistically significant (P <0.01) in inner group, the mean, respectively:(144.93±5.60) mm、(164.75 ±5.25) mm、(186.65±4.97) mm;(183.26±13.18) mm、(223.73±14.01) mm、(267.30±12.35) mm;(147.80±10.51) mm、(177.01±10.95) mm、(213.53±7.29) mm. According to the above mean, obtain successfully small splints large, medium and small three standard specifications. Conclusion standardization of small splints'specification for fracture of distal end of radius help to regulate small splint' industry and facilitate and improve the clinical efficacy of small splint.关键词
