复方金钱草颗粒抗菌作用和急性毒性实验研究
Experiveatal study on Antibacterial Effects and the acute toxicity of complex herba lysmachiae gramules
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the antibacterial activities in vitro and vivo, and the acute toxicity of complex herba lysmachiae gramules. Methods:Minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC)of complex herba lysmachiae gramules was determined using two -fold broth dilution method against the strains of common G + and G - bacteria. The protective effects on mice infected by taphylococcus aureus was also tested, and the acute toxicity effect of complex herba lysmachiae gramules was detected. Results :For staphylococcus aureus, proteusbacillus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, complex herba lysmachiae gramules exhibited the strongest inhibitory effects, the MIC was 4.5%,4.5%,18.0%,and 9.5%,respectively. In vivo ,the test indicated that complex herba lysmachiae gramules had protective effects on mice infected by taphylococcus aureus,obvious toxic reaction was not observed and the maximum tolerant dose was 157.5g/kg for mice in acute toxicity experiment..Conclusion:Complex herba lysmachiae gramules has strong inhibitory effects against common G+ and G- bacteria.关键词
