摘要
Abstract
Objective: To optimize the best cellulase extraction technology of Sapindus con-saponin. Method: Using orthogonal design experimental method of procedure, discussed the Influence of the amount of cellulase added, solution PH value,temperature and extraction time, to determine the optimal extraction process. Result: Optimum extracting condition: Adding cellulase to 0.15%, Ph=4, 50 ℃ water bath extraction 2 h, measured the average extraction rate of 38.98%. Conclusion: This optimized process is simple, stability, high extraction efficiency.关键词
