Abstract
Employment difficulties become a large drag on the development of higher education. There is a considerable pressure on higher education for its quality and substantial improvement. It is urgent to develop an ideal training mode. In this paper, we emphasize the importance of combination of education and production, co -ordination between education and market requirements and creative talents' cultivation in higher education.关键词
