摘要
Abstract
Objective: To optimize the best ultrasonic extraction technology of Sapindus con-saponin. Method: To determine the optimal extraction process, discussed the Influence of solvent volume fraction, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power and material liquid by orthogonal design experiment. Result: Optimum extracting condition: 90% of ethanol, the material liquid than 1:20 and 40 minutes with ultrasound 90w power, the average extraction rate of validation experiments is 37.28%. Conclusion: This optimized process is stability, high extraction efficiency.关键词
