摘要

Abstract

To provide good simulation environment for the new remote sensor with aluminum camera lens, against the test condition that has low temperature requirement and high well-distributed temperature requirement, we adopt numerical simulation combined with test, and use ANSYS software to conduct a detailed analysis in the three-dimensional temperature field for the lens to predict the temperature decreasing trend. In this way, we can detect the potential problems in advance in order to further improve. Results shows that the data of numerical simulation matches with the test results and it helps to improve the reliability and efficiency of low temperature tests for various metal camera lens in.
