摘要

Abstract

Comparing to traditional control strategy used at hydraulic excavator, this paper presents a combination control strategy based on flow control and pressure control in order to achieve the stable of excavator's flow in the different working condition and to reduce the back pressure. According to this combination control scheme, the co-simulation model was established. And the simulation result indicated that this the control scheme is feasible. What's more, a PID control scheme based on the characteristics of the controlled object is designed to improve the system's dynamic response characteristics. At last, experiment was operated, and the results show the control scheme can reduce system' s energy consumption effectively.
