IL-23/IL-17轴在银屑病免疫发病机制中的作用
The IL-23/IL-17 axis in the immunopathogenesis of psoriasis
摘要
Abstract
Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by abnormal activated T cells infiltration. Recently ,Thl7 cells and IL-23/ IL-17 axis has being recognized as a key player and potential therapeutic target in psoriasis. IL-23 is able to induce Thl7 cell activation with production of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-17 A, IL-17F, IL-22. Thl7-related cytokines play a functional role in psoriasis and other autoimmune diseases.关键词
