Abstract
Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing of endometrial carcinoma patients complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods Good preoperative psychological nursing was conducted, particularly in monitoring, control of the blood sugar, postoperative observation of changes in conditions, continued monitoring of blood sugar, prevention of incision infection, good diet guide, catheter nursing and discharging guide. Results Patients were discharged with no complications. Conclusion Sufficient preoperative preparation, careful postoperative nursing and monitoring of the blood sugar should be conducted to endometrial carcinoma patients complicated with diabetes mellitus, which can improve the success rate of operation and reduce postoperative complications.关键词
