摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy by low dose 5 - Fu plus Cisplatin in advanced uterine cervical cancer and discuss nursing mode to prevent and reduce toxicity. Methods Psychological care and health education were given to 52 patients. Their vaginas were washed once or twice a day with the aid of bivalve speculum. Adverse reactions were closely observed and promptly settled with corresponding nursing measures. Results All cases finished chemoradiotherapy without any serious complications. Conclusions Chemoradiotherapy by low dose 5 - Fu plus Cisplatin is an effective means of treating advanced u-terine cervical cancer. Viable nursing measures can ensure the smooth completion of chemoradiotherapy.关键词
