Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical conditions of patients treated with citrate anti-coagulation and bedside blood filtration, and summarize nursing strategies for safe and effective blood filtration. Methods The clinical data of 33 patients who received citrate anticoagulation and bedside blood filtration were retrospectively analyzed. The average blood filtration time, bleeding complications and creatinine were observed. Results The patients blood filtration time reached (55.4 ± 14.7) h, patients had minimal bleeding complications, and the effect of hemofiltration solution clearance was obvious. After an average of 72 h, creatinine value was(302.6 ± 58.6) μmol/ L. After 72 h of blood filtration, all physiological indicators in patients improved, and bleeding complications were rare. Conclusion The filter of citrate anticoagulation bedside blood filtration can be used for a longer time. Patients have lower bleeding risk and clearance effect is better.关键词
