Abstract
Objective To probe nursing on patients with critical esophageal varices bleeding treated with endoscopy sclerotherapy and tissue glue. Methods 115 cases with critical esophageal varices bleeding were treated with endoscopy sclerotherapy, tissue glue or combination of sclerotherapy and tissue glue. The nursing was performed during and after the intervention. Results For the patients treated with endoscopy sclerotherapy, tissue glue or combination of sclerotherapy and tissue glue, the hemostasis rates were 81. 5%, 95. 8%, 100% respectively. The fever rates after the treatment were 64.5% , 31. 3% , 90% , chest pain rates were 84. 6% , 70. 8% , 76. 9% and the esophageal varices rates were 64.5 % , 31.3%, 90 % respectively. Conclusion The treatment with combination of sclerotherapy and tissue glue is much more efficient than other therapies. Nursing on patients plays an important role for patients with critical esophageal varices bleeding.关键词
