Nursing experience of the medical treatment of aortic dissection

Abstract
Objective To summarize the nursing strategies of aortic dissection. Methods Fifty - three aortic dissection patients were comprehensively nursed. Blood pressure and heart rate were positively controlled. Results Thirty - nine cases who improved after conservative therapy were discharged from hospital. Some patients accepted aorta displacement surgery or stent insert. Fourteen patients suffered from recidivation or death. Conclusion Positive control of blood pressure and heart rate, reasonable analgesia and prevention of complications can markedly improve the therapeutic effect of aortic dissection and increase survival rate.关键词
