Abstract
Objective To explore causes and countermeasure of unplanned extubation in peadiatric surgery to ensure the safety of clinical nursing. Methods 243 cases with indwelled stomach tube in pediatric surgery were observed. When unplanned extubation occurred, we carefully filled in the relative factors sheet of unplanned extubation phenomenon in pediatric surgery for children, and analyzed the results. Results This study revealed that age, gender, parental nursing, unexpected factors, indwelled stomach tube time, physical constraint were related to unplanned extubation in children. Conclusion Intervention nursing should be adopted in order to prevent unplanned extubation.关键词
