Abstract
Objective To observe the nursing strategies of Rituximab in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome in 18 children. Methods Sterile operation was strictly followed and transfusion speed was controlled. Blood pressure, changes of heart rate, edema and allergic reaction during the treatment were closely observed. Results All 18 cases had no adverse reactions. The edema eased obviously without any decrease of blood pressure. Conclusion Sterile operation must be strictly followed, transfusion speed must be appropriately controlled, vital signs and adverse reac-tions must be closely observed when Rituximab is applied in refactory nephritic syndrome.关键词
