束缚应激对大鼠免疫功能的影响
Effect of restraint stress on rats′ immune system
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of restraint stress on the rat immune system. Methods Rats were randomly divided into four groups : normal control group ( Ctr) , restraint for one week ( Rl ) , restraint for two weeks ( R2 ) and restraint for four weeks ( R4). Glucocorticoid ( GC ) , interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-17 ( IL-T7 ) in serum were determined by ELISA and immunoglobulin G (IgG) was determined by single radial immunodiffusion . The mononuclear cells were separated from the peripheral blood . The phagocytic activity of rat mononuclear macrophages ( Mo/Mcp) was detected by the neutral red. Results GC and IL-6 levels in restraint rats were significantly higher than in the Ctr group while the contents of IL-17, IgG, and the phagocytic capacity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells were significantly lower than those of the Ctr group. Conclusion Restraint stress can significantly reduce the immune function of rats .关键词
