摘要
Abstract
How to make a correct diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (Mp) infection has been a challenge for clinicians, due to the time-consuming cultivation and fastidious demands of the pathogen , acute-and convalescent-phase blood specimens for diagnosis, and the inability of PCR methods to eliminate the possibility of transient asymptomatic carriage . During recent years , various new techniques have been adopted for the diagnosis of Mp infection . This review summarizes the current status of laboratory detection of Mp .关键词
